arrangements for a 5% discount airfare on United
Airlines for attendees traveling to Orlando between
the dates of September 8 through September 20,
2009.

thru Friday, 8:00 am–10:00 pm (ET) and Saturday

at the time of booking. Mileage Plus® Reservation
Center is closed on major holidays. Those attendees
taking advantage of these discounted fares will earn
Mileage Plus® miles and are also entitled to special
discounts on car rentals with Hertz.
Car Rentals. Hertz will offer ASBDC 29th
Annual Conference attendees, discounts of up to
20% off the applicable rental rates when reservations
are made in conjunction with United Airlines air

Enterprise Car Rental is located on-site at Rosen
Shingle Creek. Hours of operation are 8:00 am–
4:00 pm Monday through Friday; Saturday, 9:00
am–12:00 pm; closed Sundays.
Shuttle Service. Mears Motor Shuttle offers transportation for individuals traveling from Orlando International Airport to the local Orlando hotels. Discount rates ($4 per person off round trip purchase) are available for those attending the ASBDC Annual Conference. One-way service is $18.00; Roundtrip: $25 with ASBDC $4 discount. Advance reservations are not required. If booking
on arrival at the airport, print out and take with
you the Mears Shuttle ASBDC Discount Coupon.
On arrival at the airport, retrieve your baggage and
go to the Mears Motor Shuttle Service Counter on
Level 1. Baggage Claim is located on Level 2. Take
the escalator or elevator to Level 1. The service
counter location is inside the building behind the
bottom of the escalator or directly across from the
Level 1 elevators.
Star Transportation hire car service
is also available for individuals traveling from
Orlando International airport to local Orlando
hotels and venues. It is a very cost effective means
of transportation when two or more people are
traveling together. Reservations are required, and
can be made by e-mailing your request and airline
arrival times to reservation@gostarmgt.com or
by calling 1-866-888-5530. You will be met by a
uniformed driver in the baggage claim area of the
terminal and escorted to the car. Service is available
